If they gave out an award for International Man of Business, Jakob might lay claim to it. Starting four companies in four different countries before his 25th birthday has taught him more management lessons than Harvard, LSE, Handels or any other business school could ever do.

Like most entrepreneurs Jakob prefers to operate on compressed time and multiple careers. For his first, he became, at age 18, one of the youngest photographers ever at World of Interiors and has shot for over 20 highly regarded publications, from Brazilian Vogue to the Financial Times. Prior to starting WELCOME TO ORANGE COUNTY Jakob thrust himself into the deep end of New Technology developing creative applications for new media, mobile entertainment and interactivity eventually leading him to kick-start Shampoodle, a concept development and creative management company.

Being the youngest of the founders, Jakob brings new school thinking to the team. He has an uncanny ability to possess knowledge about a lot of things and his entrepreneurial insight and straightforward management style, which focuses on turning convention inside out in order to forge new ground, is crucial to the objectives of WELCOME TO ORANGE COUNTY.
