We don’t have accounts... Wait no, we have accounts we just call them projects.

One thing we’ve learned in this business is that once big account contracts are signed motivation drops and focus shifts from solving problems to maintaining business.

Our intention is to direct undivided attention on solving problems, not on managing client relationships. We believe this creates a natural trust and places positive expectations on our cooperative efforts. If either party should lose trust for the other, they should be free to leave. This is a healthy, honest and open attitude toward business. We therefore do not have traditional accounts, only highly valued returning project owners who we share mutual respect with and who accept that we live and die for the projects we develop now, not the ones we expect to get in the future.
